Update on Covid-19 – 2 June 2020

The challenges of Covid-19 continue for industry and its customers albeit that there has been a progressive return for operations. OTA2 have continued with a variety of online approaches for our normal meetings. We anticipate that all industry fora that we host, will remain online until the end of August and maybe beyond. We will continue to monitor the situation with a view to either extending this approach or reverting to normal mix of meetings and calls/online engagement.

Throughput KPI

The Throughput KPI is indicative of the industrial strength of LLU processes and measures the actual lines delivered. The figures quoted exclude BT downstream connections.

The Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) KPI measures the Openreach performance in the Delivery of WLR orders i.e. delivered on the agreed ‘customer committed date’ and ‘working’.

The Wholesale Line Rental Repair KPI measures the Openreach performance in the repair of WLR analogue circuits, which have been reported faulty against the target repair time for the contracted Service Maintenance Level (SML).
