of sale. This includes all steps within the LLUO and BT.

Wholesale Line Rental Right First Time KPI
The Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) KPI measures the Openreach performance in the Delivery of WLR orders (WLR2 & 3) which are ‘Right First Time’ i.e. Delivered on the agreed ‘customer committed date’ and ‘working’. The metric also delineates those orders which require an engineer visit from those that don’t.

Wholesale Line Rental Repair KPI
The Wholesale Line Rental First Touch Last Touch Repair KPI measures the Openreach performance in the repair of WLR analogue circuits (WLR2 & 3), which have been reported faulty against the target repair time for the contracted care level. (Standard, Prompt or Total Care).
